4Hi to 2Hi shifting speed?

Can't find this by searching the site. I have a part-time conversion kit. How fast can I be going when I shift from 4HI back to 2HI (and leaving hubs locked...obviously)?

thanks

There's an idea...scratch n' sniff Dead stickers!
