Lookin' good! Your welding has improved a lot, much flatter and more consistent.

Be careful about welding around that glass, you can get weld spatter stuck in the glass and you will never get it...

If it's metal and it touches any part of the frame/drivetrain/body, it's grounded. You can't have too many grounds, unless they touch a hot-line. Then you have at least one too many...

Our 2005 Peterbilt has 410 horsepower and almost 1500 lbs of torque, and I would consider it underpowered at times...

It's an old utility...
