Well turns out if you use the right pulley everything goes together correctly. Ordered the right pulley for TGW. Everything is back together and my PS whine is gone. Have not done a big road test...

Babywag: I didn't have the smog bracket until yesterday. I am adding it on because I just moved to Colorado and have to pass smog. So it worked before because there as no bracket for interference....
