Best would be some 3m automotive double sided tape meant for vehicle use, usually grey with red plastic backing tape.

You should change the cam, go smaller, less duration if you plan on using in your truck. you will really need a good torque cam in there with some midrange to make it work well.

Go to napa and buy longer pins and spacers for the pins and replace. The lift is generic and designed to fit many applications hence you may need to make work with your application.

Sounds like the preload is off a bit? How is the oil flow to the tip of the rocker? Are you using guides? All in all I would not worry about any of it.

Sorry, that's wrong, you need to use a weighted string and drop straight down from original spring mount hole and locate the new spring mount hole in that location, then measure to the front spring...
