BJ's Fuse Block Replacement Kit

Has anyone ever used one of these Fuse Block kits? If so how did it work out? Was the wiring color coded as OEM? Where did you make splices?

Finally Did A Vacum Test

Manifold vacum was around 19.5, fluctuating from about 19.3 to 19.6. Brake booster was a constant 18.5.

Are these good numbers?

Does the slight fluctuation mean anything?

Thanks.
