Most of mine did as they got older. Rhythmic vibration as a result of probably gearbox and driveshaft slip yoke wear. Thatcombined with looseness in the shifter assay allows it to show up that way...

Best switch, hit, slam fix. Dana 44 hd rotors, mounted onto Dana 60 rear hubs, 3/4in spacers w/ Dana 44 caliper brackets. Made the 60 into a pretty cools rear axle.
