GM 6.5 turbo, 700R4, 3.31 gears, 235/75/15 tires. Consistent 21mpg in daily driving. Best tank was over 24 and I can consistently pull 23-24 on the highway. That was over 60k miles.

You should be charging by weight and not pressure. There are too many variables that affect pressure. Ballpark is use 80% of the R12 capacity when converting.

He would only get that if he was running a spark box. Just running the dizzy alone does not get the multiple sparks.
