Need good 2-piece annulus, NP208 AM, anyone?

Looks like this truck was used a LOT in 4wd, range fork melted the plastic channel in the annulus channel (plastic piece, unlike the steel Chevy one-piece that also used a different fork with plastic pads on the fork).


Been almost 20 years since I built a 208 and IIRC, it had a one piece, not a plastic ring like the 2-piece?


Trying to get this truck to the point I can take it to the Invasion (was at the first with my waggy 20-years ago, don't wanna miss this one, there won't be many of these around 20-years from now).
