    Happy Father's Day

This is for all you fathers out there. Happy Father?s day to all of you but remember we do what we do because we love our families.
We should not expect to get any recognition, any spot light attention. A simple smile, a thank you, even a tear is reward enough. We do what needs to be done, that?s it.
We need to lead our families, we need to be the head of the household but at the same time, we also need to work with our wife?s to nurture and grow our families.
We need to set a good example not let some famous person, gangster,or criminal set the example.
We need to take responsibility, we need to MAN UP. We need to be the opposite of what TV is showing society what a father, a man looks like. We are not just some joke, some dumb guy that has no clue what is going on.
We need to know where our kids are and who they hang out with because we love them.
We need to be strong and hard, but also gentle and caring. Sometimes we need to just listen and not just try to fix. We need to be the shoulder to hold the load and to cry on. We need to be the look of disappointment but also the smile of encouragement, the wink of well done.
We need to be Fathers and give our time, the most precious gift we have, to our families.
    Happy Father?s Day gents!!

If you can't make it better why waste your time. No use repeating the orignal mistakes. I'm to old to push it that's why.

Cheers to my Dad (MHRIP) and to my sons (2 are single dads and the other is an awesome uncle). I only wish I had known back in the day to steer them to women who were NOT like their mother!
Jeep gauges are for amusement only. Any correlation between them and reality is purely coincidental.
