heres my story ,brought daughter to school this morning truck started up fine ran o.k. came home tried to start it again would just turn over quickly but would not start.this bieng the coldest day of the year i thought maybe fuel filter froze since it seemed to not be getting gas.checked fuel line before and after filter, fuel flowed just fine when accelerator was depressed by one of my buddies who happened to be driving by seeing my truck with hood opened stopped over.no fuel however was bieng seen shooting into carburator when accelerator was depressed.poured some gas into carb and it started fine and ran o.k for the rest of the day with numerous start ups,i plan on getting a tune up on sat. what else could be prblm, need to rebuild carb ,choke ????.thanks joe and how do you spell accelerator?

could be a frozen or stuck inlet needle. Tap it a few times on the front corner corner of the carb over the inlit line with a wrech or something and see if it flows again. Tis happens sometimes. Replace the inlet neddle and seat and the float since you have it open.
