Will a lift kit for a 90 Waggy fit on an 81 J20? There is one for sale locally and I was wondering if it would fit?

Agreed, but there are things to look at.
Is it an all spring lift for a waggy?
If so, the waggy rear springs are going to seem rather soft on a J20, might not be an issue for you, J20's do ride a bit harsh since they were designed for work and not the soccer mom ride.
Ubolts for the rear are different (D44 vs D60), not a big deal but Ubolts are not designed to be reused anyway.
Probably nothing you can not get past easily, mix and match a spring or two if it's feeling too soft.

Not sure who made the lift. I have an email out to the guy. At this point, I am not sure if its an all spring lift or spring with spring plus blocks for the rear. They guy supposedly bought it for a Waggy and never used it. It does say it comes with Rancho shocks and sway bar disconnects. Hopefully I will find out more about it soon. I just didnt want to be buggin the dude about it if it wasnt gonna fit, but after checking the Hell Creek site, they listed the same P/N for both a Waggy Lift and a J20 lift so I went ahead and emailed him.
