Best 2B offroad carb

Ok i am looking for info on the best offroad carb that is 2b, i will be doing some crawling so extreme angles are for sure...any thoughts and info would be great

The stock 2150.

99.9% probability it's a 2150 due to CA smog requirements.

About as good as you're going to get with a carb...
You could also upgrade to a Holley 2bbl and install an offroad needle and seat

I had both the stock 2150 and also the Holley 500cfm 2 barrel on my old 360 I rebuilt. Even after having the 2150 professionally rebuilt, it would still never run correctly. My buddy swore the Holley would work better so I bit the bullet and tried it. Almost every running issue I was having went away with the carb right out of the box. After some tuning and an off road needle and seat, I left it that way for several years until I sold the engine all together and built the Chevy 350 that's in there now. Definitely go the Holley route.
