I don't know, there are some "roads" out in Idaho that didn't feel much wider than that when I was on them in my YJ. And typically there is a reservoir at the bottom! But, I will say the roads were not that strewn with rocks..
But you are probably right, it is likely some form of camera trickery or someone had a pretty big crane.
Hell, I'm getting squeamish looking at the pic!

I'm pretty sure this has been posted before and someone actually knew where it was. IIRC it wasn't a camera tricks but some form of mining road???

Come on guys... This IS NOT a real pic... Do you really think that its feasable??
BTW, Flit previously has this as his avatar, and IIRC, he or someone else has this poster.... There was some brief talk about repo'ing it, but I dont think anyone did....

AH OK that would explain the shiny new Warn winch on the Jeep , there is an old logging road near me that is kind of like that , there are even some old cars that fell off the road , its on top of these water falls http://www.danandcarolyn.net/images/070707%20Coos%20Bay%20050.jpg

It probably IS "real" since they did not have photoshop back then. They probably lowered it from above since I don't think there is room to drive forward or backward (though its hard to tell). Also they probably positioned the cameras to make it look as intimidating as possible.

First I love that picture, its on my computer desktop at home. Secondly, it sure looks like a fake. Look straight to the right from the driver's side fender flare, notice how the trees are a different shade of color (gray I guess)? Then look at the drop off side of the road in front of the truck...its almost perfectly straight, not all that realistic considering the condition of the rest of the road. Cool- yes, Fake- yes.

I hope you are joking.
