Aceomatic Recon (http://www.acerecon.com) has them, although they aren't called "RV" converters. Just tell them what stall range you want, and they'll send it to ya'. There were three different stall ranges offered stock with these tranny's, although I don't know if all three were available options to Jeeps. Mine cost me $67.00. You'll have to order it on the phone, but their website is great. I don't think any of the FSJ's with 727 have lockup converters on them either. Well, good luck!
*EDIT*- When I say lockup isn't on Jeeps, I mean the electronic lockup function. There are converters available for the 727 that have a lockup clutch in the converter to allow compression braking and hydraulic "locking" like was said, but they are a little different than the "lockup" function most folks talk about. Hope this clears the fog on that a bit.

OK....., from the local shop:
Shop #1: If it's a lockup, it'll have 24 splines and the non will have 23. They BOTH will have a pilot.
B&M Tranny's: If it's a lockup, it'll have a pilot on the end of the input shaft, if it's not, it will be splined all the way to the end.
So....., I'm back to where I was...., more confused than ever!!!
