Depends on where you buy the parts, what locker you choose and what shop $/Hr rates are in GA. Prolly ballpark $600+ an axle if you go locker, R&P, install kits, spiders, wheel bearings, retainers etc. Prolly $800-$1000 per axle if a shop does it.
Just R&P swaps are about $1000-$1200 for two axles for a shop to do it where I live. Add lockers...add money. I'd budget a couple of grand if you plan to roll-in/roll-out of a shop. If you spend less cool...but I doubt it'd be much less.

Here's what I paid for my front and rear...

2 sets of R&P power package (incl. all but out rear seals and axle bearings) $420
2 Detroit Lockers $956
axle bearings and seals installed $74

Install of R&P's and Detroits.... $350

Total of $1800... that's a good deal in my book... ;)

I had brought him just the axles... everything else I took out myself...

d@mn! my local mechanic (for our other cars) wanted $350 just to change the rear outer axle bearings and seals!!! i did it myself for about $50. + gear oil. hate to think what they would want for a locker install!
