Just finished the left rear fender! It turned out really good!

Already have a mold for the right side. Will start making molds for the front fenders tonight.

Soon we can start making the body repairs. At least we have all the body parts for it now...

Thought you all would like to see how it turned out...

Vi håller till i Landvetter. Tänkte göra formar till framskärmarna också, sedan får det räcka med glasfiber...

Sorry for the swedish...

Wow! The ultimate DIY, making your own body panels.. That's truly hard core.
Nice work.

I like it now you guys gotta take and 1.5x the fender flares then it would be perfect:) so how do you install it and not have the roof sag?

Roof sagging?? Do you mean that the body panel is what is holding the roof up...?

There is no risk of the roof sagging with a fiberglass panel instead of a sheetmetal one.

I will post a video of what it looks like with the body panel off in the near future.

Thanks for all the replies!

Like any other vehicle, there are/is support for exterior panels.
Just like the door A,B, & C pillars, there is a large D pillar @ the rear for support.
