HELP!! It won't move

I need help. I was pulling into the Kroger and someone pulled out in front of me so I hit the brakes, I was at a slow coast so I didn't really jam them but as I hit the gas to go I got NOTHING. Got it pushed out of the drive lane, it goes thru the gears, all the linkages are all moving like they should. I locked in the front hubs and put it in 4 Hi, nothing, 4 Lo IT MOVES!! I have all gears in 4 Lo but thats it. Anyone had this happen. I normally wouldn't be so paniced but right now this is my DD, the tranny went out on my other truck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

could be bad motor mounts or tranny mount and when you hit the brakes it moved. now the the transfer case or tranny lever cant travel far enough

I got it going, trailered it home, pulled it in the drive and worked the shift levers a few times and it worked. I don't know if the moving it around in low forwards and back a few times moved whatever back in place or what but its shifting fine now. I'll give a good look this weekend. Thanks

sounds like the 208 popped into neutral, Ive seen this before in trucks with this drive train.
