How hard is it to do this and to add in a set of the off-road needles that they offer?

it is so easy shoot i can do the carbs 2 to 1 to th400's and you know how simple th400 are

Cool, The gaskets in it need done anyways, so I thought I might as well go whole hog since I will have it apart anyways.

Th performer carbs are simple. Not much to go wrong in them. If all it needs is the top gasket thats about a 15 minutes job ;)
