Has anyone ever replaced the crankshaft thrust bearings in the vehicle. I believe I have a "walking" crankshaft in my '88 GW. Just looking for some friendly advice from the forum experts.
Thanks,

pretty straight forward job. if the top bearing gets stuck, place a #6 machine screw in the oil hole and turn the crank by the damper bolt. that will roll the bearing out. make sure the head of the screw is thinner then the size of the bearing.
