cept the taper of the tie rod is on bottom instead of on top

Ummm...
No 10 bolt ever came from the factory with a passenger side flat top.

If you have a pair from a Chevy d44, the drivers side will already be milled tapped and studded.
If you have a pair that is not milled, they are probably from an FSJ.

i have a 10 bolt under my rig and it has flat tops on both sides and only the drivers side has studs
