Grille swap

Has anyone ever tried to swap a grille from a '74-'78 wagoneer into a '86-'91 GW? I really like the looks of those '70s grilles. How much body work would this require? I'm assuming not much, considering how little the body was changed over the production run.

yep, it's been covered in a few hundred threads ;)

You'll need to get early model round buckets (or cj buckets), trim rings, the earlier grille, and go to work ;)
