First things first.

Open a photobucket account.
upload photos (640x480) or the over lords get mad.
copy direct link (photobucket)
use insert image (forum)
yellow icon second row.

lets see if this works. Yup works,resized them on photobucket to 640x480 but not resizing here. Thanks for the tip.
