If I am seeing what I think I am seeing, and it is set up for dual tanks, one of the most common tanks was the trailblazer tank, how it hooked up was, the fill line -> Aux tank, rear nipple, Aux tank, front nipple -> main tank fill.
Vent line from filler -> tee then to both main and Aux tank.
I don't see anything hooked to your filler vent connection, how does that work? I am not seeing it.

there are two of those pipe y's in it. one for the fill and one for the vent.
