Corrosion continues on Sluggo... Yesterday, when I opened the driver's side door, the weatherstripping around the door apparently froze to the door bottom. When unsuspecting me pulled the door handle, the lip - on which the weatherstripping slips over - pulled away from the sill and revelealed the horror I feared was happenening but chose to close my eyes to. My floor pans are worse than I thought....

It's gonna be a colder, wetter winter for me....

Id imagine you guys get 10X the salt on the roads up there, seems anything north of Quakertown they just go out and pour salt on the roads :(

sodium chloride and the likes nowadays. much worse than salt. we have axle housings ready to rust through on the big rigs,aux. unit covers rusting off,and the likes.

The only thing to do is get to it as fast as you can. I didnt to the XJ and had to replace the whole driverside floor pan! Matts wasnt to bad and theres alot more to weld to on the fsjs. OH BY THE WAY NICE TOOLS YOU AND GARAGE YOU GOT MATT!!!! LOOKS LIKE MY STUFF
