J truck: Will '60's wheel wells/flares fit an '80's bed?

I've found a pair of good wheel wells and metal flares off a '65 J200 truck bed. Are they same dimensions/styling as my '86 J20 wells/flares? I'd like to replace my rusty ones.

lol... I'm not sure... but I betcha if ya had a sawzall, they would fit juuuust fine! ;)

They should be exactly the same, only difference you will have to deal with is that your '86 bed has a double wall bed construction unlike the single wall bed of the Kaiser rig. Means more work possibly, dependig on how you do your cutting and welding, ie: with the double wall bed you can't get to the back side of your welds without cutting through the inside bed wall.
