Light bar - OE?

So I'm thinking I want to put a light bar on Lucy and I'm looking through old posts...I see that there are several that have taken Bronco bars and cut them down, but was there an OE option for our rigs for a light bar? If so are they still available?

I have no problem modding one and that's probably what I'll end up doing (I like the one that was on Chrominator) but I was just curious if you had the option of ordering one from the dealer back in the day?

This is the closest I can find to the one I installed on Chromeanator. The main bar was stainless steel and the hoop bars were chrome steel. The one below is aluminum except for the rain gutter pieces. Personally, I would prefer the one below due to less problem of rust.

why not just find a factory roll bar? every J should have a rollbar IMO ;)

A RamCharger light bar will work on Wags, Cheros and browless J trucks if slid all the way to the front of the roof.

Dick Cepek also makes one that works but it won't fit J trucks with a brow.

I had the light bar slid all the way back but due to the roof hump thing I could only get one of the gutter mounts on there.
