What is the aprox meashurment from the front eye to the spring pearch? Or how far offcenter is the hole?

from eye to eye measuring a long the spring can be either 62" or 64". straight across is going to depend on how worn the springs are. The axle pin on the springs are in the center though.

32" with no weight on the spring, center of eye to center of pin.
