Found this tasty little tart on craigslist
http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/pts/909483868.html
talked to the guy and he will give me the tranny and tc and gm radiator for $1000. I figure conservatively it will cost me around 400 bucks in gas to get up there and back if I drive(i won't rent a hotel or anything i have a back seat in the truck) anyone know where else I can look?

I had a NV4500 shiped from dallas tx to here for only $100 through forward air. Now this was several years ago, so prices have probably gone up. But if there is a terminal near the shipper, and one near you, it might be worth looking into.

Just ship it to my house:DI was going to ask you since you live near by me. You wouldn't by chance have any equipment that might be useful to engine swaps would you?

Cant say it enough...www.uship.com (http://www.uship.com), I'll never go back to taking 2 days off work, driving 500 miles and laying on my back in snow and slush working my come-along and tie down straps to move a dead vehicle or motor again, especially with the cost of gas these days. You might only spend 400 for the total cost of shipping, without the lost work time, PITA driving, using Texaco bathrooms and overall noise from the spousal unit.

Seriously, its the best thing going since the invention of the shop crane.
