Who here has grafted on a set of J10 truck flares on the back of a Wt/ Cherokee?? anyone ? if you did ,what kind of problems did you have ? and do you have picsThanks

I put them on my narrow trac cherokee for someone who can weld it's a pice of cake,It should actulay be easyer on a wt.:cool: don't have any build picks I used the pickup body lines to align the flare and welded it in like a patch panel good luck have fun!

I haven't done it, but here's what I noticed about them.
The Cherokee flare is flanged and tack welded to the body at the top while the J-truck flare is stamped as part of the wheel well tub. The inner and outer bed walls are flanged and tack welded to the tub.
If you wanted to swap, you have to torch or cut the J-truck fender from the wheel tub and the Cherokee one looks to be spot welded at the bottom and top since it's double-walled.
