the j10 is officially out of my driveway,:( i love that thing, i can even credit it for having the girl that i love to death...
a buddy at work was looking for another project. i told him that i have a j10 that i am working on stripping all of the parts out of it that i need for my Cherokee because it needed too much work for me to do. I just gave him the truck because i only paid 300 bucks for it, and i have already gotten that out of the parts.
since the motor is fried (crack on the outside of the block of #5:eek:) i think i did that on the last time i drove it though the mud roads...:D they are going to pull the whole drivetrain, separate the motor from the trans, leave the trans an TC together and wrap it in cellophane and set it in their parts storage shed.
today when i get to work, i ask him if he made it home alright, he had a huge **** eating grin on his face, and replied, you aint gonna recognize that truck anymore... i already did a spring over on the front:D
he is going to dovetail the rear end, put it on a blazer frame. i cant wait until he gets it done:fsj:.
i am just happy that it went to a good home, and to people that i can trust.
