Just wondering.
I'm a member of an antique tractor web site for my Farmall Cub. They have kind of a neat feature where you pull up a map of the US and it registers a little stick pin for where all of the owners are located. You can mouse over the pin and it pulls up the town, name, year of the tractor, etc. Is there anything like this in FSJ world? If not what would it take to get something like that off the ground? Just thought it would be a good feature to let others know who is around them. For instance, there's this little hot blonde who drives a black cherry late model and... Ahhh just kiddin' guys, I'm happily married! ;)

Watkins Glen! I spent many a week there for the USGP during the 60s and 70s. My folks were big into F1 racing.
Nothing like seeing naked people and burning buses in a huge mud pit, while incredibly fast cars race by.

I've put my location on that map twice, and after a few months it will disappear.

You are right! I entered my location when this was first introduced and I'm no longer there.

Yes, that's the similar ticket but in my example, only Farmallcub.com runs the map.
Been in Watkins Glen for about 8 years now. Great little community and it really beats the hub bub of NJ. Small town, lots of great people, good families and... the only nudity in and around mud pits that I've seen are in a cow pond or two. I prefer the occasional drunken hot tub but that's just me  Ummm seriously though, if you're in the finger lakes area, Watkins Glen has alot to offer, it's a diamond in the rough that has been growing for the past decade. Lots of wineries, racing, great eateries, camping, fishing, boating, hiking. No, I'm not a tour guide but we really do like it here.
I have a 1948 Farmall Cub that I restored from the ground up. Bought it off a guy at work with a 5' mower deck and it was a total POS. I had no intention of buying something that old but it became a quick hobby that I'm really glad I purchased. It also helps to have a sand blaster at work to help remove 60 years of scale. I don't mow much with it anymore but I bouht a plow blade and fabricated a frame for it so it's my primary snow mover. I also use it to tow stuff around the yard and put the kids in the trailer for the annual parade in town.

If you like old tractors, check out the link in the bottom of my signature. It badly needs to be updated, but shows some of the collection my dad and I have. I need to add a few more engines and another Rumely to the site.

On an AMC Eagle site I belong to alot of us use a weather underground tag in our signature for our home location. Kind of cool to track where people are posting from. I'll see if I can add one on here...
Well that didn't work... It's an HTML tag that is susposed to put up a not about the local weatehr condidtions here. I'll leave it if a moderator wants to see if there is a setting that will make it work...

it would be cool to get something that is made BY the mods on IFSJA.org, that way we could get a search feature like the one on the forums:rolleyes:

The winery down the road has a collection of museum quality old tracs from the early 20's. I'm pretty sure they have a Farmall late 20's model like you show on your web site.
