I'm thinking I might want to add the side trim that came on the later model J-trucks to my 86...or at least something similar to that.

I'm wanting to stay with a solid color paint scheme I think and I like the way that trim breaks the color.

Anyone know if you can still get that trim somewhere, or maybe a similar solution? I figure worst case scenario I can post in the Wanted section for a full set, but I was just looking for ideas right now...

I would check at the dealership to see if they still carry it by chance..
I don't remember ever seeing any available for sale. So it is either no longer available or just like something available at a auto store. I don't remember it being anything Jeep unique so maybe there is something out there that you can get.

'Jeep Unique'...did we have anything that was?:D

It's a ways off before I need it but I was just thinking about it a bit and thought I'd see if the group had come up with something that worked well in replacement of that trim strip...
