Hi everybody
I am planning on doing a spring over and shackel flip on my 91 wagoneer. I am wondering if 78 J-20 springs will fit and will they give me any more lift over the regular wagoneer springs.

Possibly mistaken, but I think they do have 1-2" arch over the 1/2 ton springs of the J10... or maybe they just sag less?
Should fit, but they are darn stiff and you won't have as good articulation as going with lift springs with the correct rate. Not to mention that if you've ever ridden in a J20... on stock tires aired up it's about the stiffest ride you can come across next to a box car on rails. JMHO

Should fit, all front springs should be the same from around '74 or so on up. They're gonna be pretty stiff though. If they give you any extra lift it's because they aren't compressing like they were meant to. Unless you're planning on towing a lot with it I would stay away from J-20 springs.
You could build your own packs if you want. Get some junkyard springs and add some leafs to your packs. If nothing else it will gain you 1/2" or so from the thickness of the leaves.
