When i had my jeep painted I forgot to cover the engine compartment, like an idiot! :( So now i'm am beginning to clean things of.most of it is just a dusting that engine de-greaser and a hose will take off.but my washer solvent tank and coolant resivoir took a pretty good hit.Anybody know a good way to get the paint of off these without melting down the plastic with a harsh chemical? My other thought is to just paint them gloss black to match the air cleaner.
what ya think?
thanks! smile.gif

YOU COULD USE THINNER,JUST TEST IT FIRST!!...BUT I'M 99% SURE,THAT YOU WILL BE,OK!!! I'VE USED THINNER MANY TIMES,TO REMOVE PAINT!!!...YOU COULD TRY REDUCER!!!!! WHAT DID YOU PAINT WITH???...IF YOU USED A HARDNER,IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE LONGER...BUT IT WILL WORK.JUST TRY A LITTLE,AT FIRST ......WAL-MART HAS THINNER FOR 6.68.THAT'S A GOOD DEAL,FOR A GAL. smile.gif
