Yesterday I saw a Bud commercial with a Wagoneer! I search it on Youtube but can't find it...

That's because Bud Light Lime is the best thing to ever come from an Anheuser-Busch manufacturing facility. One would only expect a classic vehicle in the commericial. now I need to see it!

Fruit should not be in beer. The only thing more annoying is when you say "No lime, please." and it shows up with a lemon in it. Ugh. But if we didn't like different stuff what a boring place this would be :)

They already make fruity tasting drinks for girls... called daiquiris.

This is beer:

That said, I'd like to see a modern commercial for anything with a FSJ in it.

+2 to MIB and Krek! Both of those are regulars around this house. Along with Grotten and Duvel.

I'm freakin jealous if you can get the Bernardus 12 on a regular basis... I can (and do) get the 8 from a store in St. Louis but the 12 I usually drink in Antwerp.

I am lucky enough to have a local winery/micro brewery that makes a very decent clone of DeKoninck for me.

Dang, I think I'm going home and having a beer.

Yeah we've got a BIG yuppie section in downtown and there's a pretty cool winery there and they stock lots of good hard to find beer and cigars. It's turned me into such a beer snob.

I know we were originally talking about bud lime but I just wanted to interject my amusement with the fact that miller made a man law "Don't Fruit the Beer" and then came out with miller chill

Shouldn't they use some sissy renault froggie car, now that AB is no longer an American company?

Nice to know more of your hard earned dollars are leaving the country to line others pockets.

Get over it. We're a global economy. We've got Toyotas built in the US and my CHEVY Impala was built OUTSIDE the US. Which one is more "American"??

If you want to buy only American-made products, that's fine. But your house is going to be really empty soon, and good luck posting on this forum from an American-made computer with US sourced components. :D

Easy: the one built by an AMERICAN company & that does not send the profits to JAPAN. Certain segments trot this tired old saw out in many circles, but that dog doesn't hunt. Simple test: Does Toyota claim they are an American company? 'Nuff said.

Still: Fruit is allowed in beer ONLY if you are using it to ward off scurvy.:D

No doubt we are more of a global economy then we were several years ago. I don't have a problem with the general idea of this global economy, but what I do have a problem with is >>>>>

1. You buy a product made in China yet China has their nukes pointed at us. Rule # 1 for me is no products from China.
2. You buy a product from China and right out of the box it is a POS. Revert to my Rule #1.
3. You buy a product from China and you take American jobs away because they don't adhere to normal trade practices. You guessed it back to rule #1.
4. You buy a product from Canada, Germany, Japan, England and other allies which purchase American products that is OK by me.
5. Although the Toyota's, Honda's, Mercedes and BMW's are made in the USA many think the profits go back to those countries. Yes there is top management in those countries the profits go back to, but because we are global you can always buy stock in these companies on the stock exchanges they are trading on and in good times you can profit from the earnings.
6. France, Spain and Italy (you knew it was coming:eek:) When these A-holes decided to make our F-111F's fly around their airspace when we decided to go get Gaddafi's terrorist regime in Libya that pretty much ended it for me buying there stuff as well. The good thing about this mission was that we accidentally:cool: took out the French Embassy;) in the process.

OK so this is my rant. I own an 1989 FSJ, a 1981 Chevy Fleet Side PU, a 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo (DD) and my wife has a 2006 Musturd (don't get me started on this one), but at the end of the day we do fly our American flag and we own an American fleet of Vehicles and DO NOT BUY CHIT FORM CHINA!

I have a account there but it still says video is privte. I created a account there so I could watch the videos flagged as "not for the kiddies"...lol, and have yet to see much anything bad enough to flag.
