I am almost ready to drop in my 6.2 diesel with a 700R4 trans. I am removing a 727 trans that has the back up light switch on the tranny. I have the plastic switch from the donor suburban that came off the steering column but it wont fit on my column because it is in a jeep CJ 10a and the switch hits the brakemaster cylinder push rod. I would like to know how others who have gone before me have handled this. Also did you wire up park and nuetral switches also or does it start no matter what. I am waiting for my mounts and t case adaptor to show up from novak. I better order up a chevy radiator for my CJ also.
