i went with a 208 after sum research and really good price

I am just curious as to why those that chose the 231 went that route instead of a 241 or even a 208?

I'm going that route becouse i all ready have the 231 and all related parts from my part-out jeep

They were also used in S-10's and Dakota trucks. It is a little on the 'light' side, but it should do fine if you don't beat on it.
