I replaced the Valve Covers on my 401. Had no problems and the seal is good. Problem is oil leaking through some of the bold holes. I do not want to over tighten. Should I take the ones that are leaking out and put in a little silicone, then replace bolts?

Let em leak for a few days. When I did my valve covers a while back I noticed the same thing but I was too busy at work to deal with it. After a couple days they stopped leaking. Before replacement, did you check the valve covers for any dents around the bolt holes caused by over tightening in the past? This can be a source for leaks as well. You may wanna check that out if the leaks don't stop in the next week.
Make sure the cover is good and flat not dished at each of the holes in the cover.
If you used a cork gasket you didn't silicone it did you? Cork gaskets install dry with no goop on either side. They need to soak up oil and swell shut. If you goop them they'll leak.
