I also came across this in an old barn in the middle of nowhere where my grandpa lives. I pretty much crapped my pants when i saw it. This is my favorite jeep ever and always dreamed of owning one. My grandpa is gonna ask the guy whats the story with it, its been there quite a few yrs i guess.

Im not sure i think ill go no wood for a bit but if i can find a good replacement set for a decent price i may put it back on.
The trailer i know the guy uses with his old military jeep he drives around. I dont know what the story with the M715 is yet, but its been sitting there for at least 5 years i guess

I think I spy the matching trailer for the M715 in that barn. Great score! Good luck.

Looks nice! How'd you paint it?
I think I'd ditch the OEM rack and run that black rack right on the drip rail though.. even if you replaced the rubber well nuts with bolts (like I've done) that's going to stress the crap out of the roof metal..

agreed on the rack i just put it up there till i can figure out how to mount it without the orig rack. Used origional paint code and my grandpa has a friend that paints for a living, he painted it for me for 100 bucks
