I don't know what the deal is here... It came off and now won't do back on! I can get i1 within 1/4" of seating (splines not flush with face of yoke like it was) and WILL NOT go any further on!!

I think I will drop the the rear assembly to see what's the deal....

Ant ideas?

Todd, you might have to "press" it the rest of the way on, with the nut. That's the only thing I can think of. I never had to take the yokes off of my D-20, but the pinion yoke on the rear was like that.

When you take off the rear assembly check to make sure that you have that inner bearing fully seated on to the output shaft. Also chaeck the front bearing to make sure that it is seated into the groove in the housing. So in other words just check the bearings to make sure they are seated :D (why do I type more than I need to?).
