welded up the beadlocks

my friend mat helped with his trusty snapon bad@$$ mig welder...we got all 4 done rather quickly...
i got one mounted up,but came ot find out my box of bolts was 1/2" to short..
so today i head back to store and exchange them...they gave me 1 1/4" and i needed 1 3/4"

yes i bought some more bolts the right size just a minute ago! so maybe i can get all the others done this evening!

holy crapola that was way to much work:( i hope like hell they aint leaking any time soon...just fyi there are 30 bolts in each beadlock!wheehw!sambo wipes sweat from his brow!:rolleyes:

i got tired of not being able to air down like i need! with 16.5's i wasnt able to air down less than 12 psi without burping air out!

One question, is there a difference between the "beads" that is, the rim edge on different wheels/rims?

I am under the impression that 15 inch rims have a better edge than 16 & 16.5 inch rims and thus can go for lower pressure, or am I misinformed?

well ever rim except 16.5's have a "safety bead" so to speak! its a raised part of the rim that helps hold the bead to the edge so they dont leak!

lol willie was close,but it was the fact that you could see the motor:D
