electric window switch

LF door window would only work by really jammimg the switch in......finally quit completely. Pulled trim panel and removed swich to see if I could clean it up and fix it. No such luck, but I noticed that it had Ford switches. Anybody ever used switch off any kind of Ford product that will work?? Thanks for the help!

Jeepman,you can open the switch with a small knife. I have open and cleaned mine several times. Once you open them you will see what has to be done, I used a small stainless steel wire brush and contact cleaner. I too was wondering about the Ford connection but have not had a chance to track it down. When I priced the switchs at the dealer several years ago they wanted $35 for one switch.
