Dan, Doug, and their dog were fine, the window didn't break until they dropped a toolbox during the recovery. Flopped coming up the hard line on Daniel, he was in reverse, repositioning when a rear tire slid & caused the flop. The roof tagged a large boulder when it landed, otherwise it wouldn't have bent so bad.

I'm editing & uploading pics now.

The "post raffle" row shot of FSJ's was too big for a pic, so I did a sweep with the camera on video. Pardon the crappy resolution:

Here's a couple shots of Dan's Wag after the flop:

I only took a few trail pics, some night shots but my camera really sucks at nite. Most of the time on the trail I was either driving, spotting, or helping with recovery & repairs - no co pilot to help with pics (wife) :(

But hey, at least I finally got an avatar shot with the front bumper on!

How dusty was it? I painted this tailgate two days before leaving for ECI:

There were many nice rigs there, the two tone brown J-10 next to my Chero in the row video was immaculate - like a museum exhibit. :)

The Jersey folks made out like bandits at the raffle, and then there's Earl (the raffle ticket drawer) who somehow won the SOA/flip kit. LOL Many tickets were sold the day of the raffle.

Rest of my pics are here:

Lots of stories yet to be told though.........

Sorry folks, I had to delete the video - to use words from a certain chewing gum commercial - we had a dirty mouth - that needed to be dubbed over.

So - here is my first ever attempt at using Windows Movie Maker - I thought the song fit perfectly for FSJ's. :)

Hey, you got a nice pic of my sorry YJ unable to climb out.. The little jeep is the only one that got stuck on that hill! Much of it was likely due to driver inexperience. Thanks for all the spotting and especially the tow up the hill by Dan!

Thanks to all of you guys for encouraging me to "run at it again". :o
And "hit is a little faster and I am sure you will get past that spot.."

The spot was actually the right ledge below you get up to Kodak rock on Rocky Mt. Loop. I was in reverse to reposition and b.c of my welded front and no hydro assist, the tires failed to turn and it plopped on over. My dad was in front taking pictures, just me and the dog inside. My dog had a cut paw and ended up from the backseat into my lap basically. He didn't like riding in the Jeep after that incident. I have alot of pics I'll upload tomorrow. Don't know what I'm going to do with the Jeep yet! Also snapped a front brakeline (I think in the recovery part). Fixed that, went back later and made it right up the ledge, got to Kodak made it up the "hard" ledge, and then took another route up flexin it all out and snapped the rear passenger axle. Oh well. And yes, I've needed a cage for awhile..hard to put one in when I'm only home 3 weeks total out of the year!

I didn't draw my own ticket, did I? (I honestly think someone else drew that time)

Hello to all,

I would like to see what Earl thinks is so funny. That will have to wait until tomorrow when I can see the video without waiting 3 hours for it to load! Computers at work are on broadband, unlike living in the country. All I can say is that there is nothing funny about that awesome grey woody at the start of the video. Looks alot like the one in my driveway!

For a rookie at this years ECI, you will be seeing alot more of that same grey woody in the upcoming events. My family and I had a great day and met some friendly people. The rigs were mild to wild and for a first time Jeep owner I was impressed with the entire day. Thanks to all!
