4bbl to 2bbl?

why didn't anybody tell me that i was making a mistake by switching my motorcraft 2150 for an edelbrock 1400 was a bad idea?

OK, I'll bite; what don't you like about your 1400?

You can always go back with a simple 2bbl->4bbl adapter plate. Your Motorcraft has a standard Holley 2bbl mounting pattern.

I'm not familiar with the 1400 but I used to run a 1405 and really liked it for my use. Whas'up with yours?
