This is currently on Ebay, has about an hour to go. The fuel inlet is on the same side as a 4350, so I am assuming its a Holley intended to work with a Ford engine. Was wondering if something like this could be used in place of the 4350. Anyone know if this has an EGR port?

Will have to do some research on Holleys. Various Holleys show up cheap on Ebay all the time.

Thanks,
Dave

Why do you want to get rid of the 4350? They are great carbs. I loved mine, but it didnnt work right anymore. So I went with the edelbrock. If your 4350 works, keep it.

EDIT: Also I tried to put ther performer carb (same bolt paternn as holley) onto my stockk intake and it wouldent work. The studs where int he wrong place. Tried several adapters and none worked. From what I know you need a adapter for a Ford 460 that came with a 4350.

I am on my second 4350 and it works fine. I have no complaints with the 4350. My first one worked great until the air-horn warped slightly and started to leak. I would just be picking up a Holley for experimentation purposes.

I just mounted a similar 600cfm carb on my Cherokee this afternoon. Runs way better than the 750cfm unit, but that might just be because the choke works properly on this one...

The only way to tell whether it would work with your EGR is to get the 4-digit carb number off the air-horn and see if this is an OEM carb from an EGR-equipped engine.

I'd bet that it's not emissions-calibrated, and thus your EGR would simply make the engine run rich if you kept the EGR hooked up.

It would probably work, but you'd need the $47 TD-Performance #2199 adapter to hook it up properly to the stock intake. I shelled that out before I lucked into an Edelbrock Performer, which I haven't installed yet.If you've ever thought of upgrading to a Performer, now would be the time to do it.
