Questions about a 74 Cherokee

Hello. I am new to the board and am going to look at a 74 cherokee for sale today. I was wondering if there are anythings I should look out for as far as known problems. Also if anyone has pics of a 74 with a discription of what it has I would appreciate it. This is going to be my project vehical so I am kinda excited.
