Got parts? Need parts? Been trying to figure out a time and a place to do that trade you have been talking about for months? What better time than at the ECI. List up what you need or what you got and make arrangements to clear up that corner in your garage. (or the back of my Tahoe finally)
Assuming I make it....
I will be bringing:
1 Dana 300 for Casey
1 QT case (minus low range) for whoever might need it

Good idea! There seems to be some of this activity every year.
You need to make it. With or without nknfutz.

I know... but I am thinking with. We'll see. I was looking at the crawl ratio calculator and looks as though I could do ~65 in the 2400 rpm range, so it might not be that bad of a drive... until I finally regear.

I need:
1 pair of rear Chero or Wag D44 shafts (QT/D20 offset) - for spares
otherwise i'll have to still be light footed on the trail. :p
EDIT - I do have some stuff i can bring if someone wants them:
1 - '80 J-10 gas tank
1 - good QT case w/low range
1 - Carter AFB carb, stored sealed indoors but needs rebuild
1 - muscle grille, some scratches & one crack but otherwise in good shape
1 - defrost tailgate window
Also have a set of '79 J-10 complete axles, just can't bring them, the spare tire + wheeling & camping gear takes up alot of space in the Chero.

Well, I don't feel so bad then. :D My D44's are spinning 36" Roks with welded spiders in the rear, and have held up well in Harlan's lower rock garden with mild throttle.

so i understand, you need the offset rear d44 shafts, correct? If so, I got a pair.
I also have a 3.54 gear set with open carrier for a d44 if anyone needs it.

I need:
front passenger seatbelt
razor grill
manual hubs
propane parts
I have a carb rebuild kit I'd like to get rid of. I'll bring it to ECI, and it'll be free to a good home.

If anyone is running from TN to NC on I-40 they could stop by exit 24 and pick up the shafts and deliver them to you.

I've been debating which route to take to ECI, and I-40 is on the list. I should be passing thru Thursday afternoon, would that be a problem?

Not a problem for me. I'll be there if you want to swing by. It's literally 2-3 miles max from the interstate.
