Started cutting it up today as my stepside should be here next weekend.

When Bill made the first cut I kinda squirmed, but after that there was no turning back. All in all it went well and think another 40 lbs of rust fell out in the process.

OMG!!!! Here's hoping the thriftside is everything you wanted...
I still can't decide if I'm using a thriftside or going back to the original townside for my project.

That bed was toast.. Hard to believe the flares were that nice cause the inside and bed sides were long gone..

Flares were already sold before the cutting began.
