I placed an order last friday that also required a follow up email or phone call. I sent the email, no response, and I've called 3 times leaving msgs twice with no results. Anyone have any insight as to what's up?

I'm in the same boat but I ordered just a couple days ago...i'm really impatient. Got an email back today saying that they have been really busy and would call me sometime this afternoon.

You can try posting in the BJs forum as well. They usually monitor that frequently.

a little different experiance here.....I ordered some things then I ended up ordering some more things a day or so later, overnighted the 2nd moneyorder and had called and let them know that I would like it all shipped togather.I kept checking the order status on the site everyday after work...according to the site it had not been shipped I was a little bummed out.the last time I checked and was bummed out I told my girlfriend I was worried it was going to take forever to get my parts she replied.......THE ONES OVER BEHIND THE COUCH?? sure enough they were already here...bjs was great to do buisness with as far as I am concerned

I tried a phone call one more time and this time someone answered instead of a machine. Got everything squared away and another batch of goodies should be on their way shortly.

In their defense... They did call my office twice to find out what color/style of carpet I needed and my new office person failed to notify me. In her defense she may have thought it was yet another sales drone trying to scam their way through to me. I get a lot of those.

Not in their defense... I called twice and left voice msgs with a phone number to reach me directly and no one tried. I sent email to customer support without a response. All this took place during normal business hours. I have a business of my own so I understand "busy" but for me to be guilty of either one of the above offenses is inexcusable not only to my customers but to me as well.

The end result is a slight delay in the shipping of my stuff, but nothing that will kill me regardless of how impatient I am. :) Despite a couple minor customer service hiccups they have been an invaluable resource.

Moving to "Customer Corner" forum where this belongs.
Folks,
On a side note:
Just be patient on stuff like this.
I less than 6 hours the issue was resolved.

I talk to Brent and/or Ryan at least twice a week, but not usually between Friday and late Monday.
I suspect they have real lives, families and stuff to do themselves.

Now why would you go and spread a rumor like that? ;)

Guys remember you can also email me at ryan@bjsoffroad.com or call 770.974.7888 and leave an evening number where you can be reached. I make return calls in the evenings and can email throughout the day as well (and I know that some folks want to deal only on the phone, which is why I also posted my east-coast number)

BJ's Rocks:thumbsup:
I've had nothing but good luck with Bj's Billy helped me big time with some springs today I didn't even buy from him. These guys are out there just tyring to make a living & I think there's a few unrealistic expectations here. Consider the other options especially teamgrandwagoneer & you'll see things totaly different than you do today. Remember this is not everyday stock stuff. Considering they have to put up with all of us I think they should be commended. At least that's what my wife says. I wonder how many wives would agree with her ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????

:grumble: Typical BJ's customer :banghead: BJ Sorry i couldn't resist don't get mad just laugh with it & let'sw move on!!!!

I ordered (again!) this weekend and got a call today... those guys are pretty awesome in my book... I ordered a gas tank a couple of weeks ago with some other stuff.. the other stuff arrived and no tank!

like a knucklehead, I emailed and said, "uh hey, where da tank?" and they were nice enough to write me back and say 'it is in the 'notes' section' and sure enough, dropshipped... about 2 hours later... the guy shows up with my tank!

I'm a fan. I don't expect perfection, just good guys, good products doing the best they can...

BJs has always done right by me. They worked quickly to get some much-needed parts I couldn't have found at a parts store, and the only time I got even a little cross was when an order was changed and THEIR supplier dragged its feet shipping my items. So that wasn't even their fault, and the fellow I spoke to didn't try to pawn off the blame either.

Stand up folks doing what they can, if you ask me. Any problems encountered are generally the ones you run into with any business.
