just a update on the rust bucket. i've been real swamped at work and trying to make time to finish it up. i'm getting real close/ hope to make ECI this year in June/ it's been a long time comming but i can see the light at the end of the tunnel. just the little nit picking stuff left, like what emblems to put back on and where or no emblems for that sleek look? anyway here is a pic for the pignose lovers out their. yes i kept it on this rig. i like the looks of it on this one.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. as far as the light bar goes it's a DICK CEPEK BAJA-proven not sure what year i have had it about 13 yrs the lites are new KC stainless hiLites. i went with the stainless because all my other kc's rusted out at the mounting point over time. i'd love to make it to grantshires for the get together if i can get all the little nit picken things done in time. it dosen't take alot of time to strip down one of these rigs for paint, but when you go and put it back together on new paint you quickly see the parts that looked good before don't look so good now:banghead: we will see if i can make it.
the interior is black. new floor pans, new headliner. new carpet. i had the seats redone a few yrs back. i will take some pics after i get it cleaned up, still kinda dusty from all the work. i still need new door panels. haven't made up my mind on them at this point.

Aight... I'm droolin' over here...
On the headliner... did you recover your old backer, or did you find a new one somewhere???
Ain't you gonna be a little apprehensive to take it out on the trail?

I had the feeling that when you bought that Wagoneer Tailgate Emblem and the picture you showed awhile back this was going to be a REAL SWEET RIDE. Looks like a Jeep put together with pride. Way to go:thumbsup:
